PMCA propagation of recPrion with recombinant PrPT191A, PrPT191V, or PrPT191P as substrate.
Each reaction was run for 6 rounds and PMCA products were digested with 50 μg/mL PK at 37 °C for 30 min. PrP was detected by immunoblot analysis with POM1 anti-PrP antibody. “C” indicates undigested recPrP as a control. The original immunoblot images are in the Supplementary Figure S3.
