Effects of DADS on the expressions of genes related to assimilatory sulfate reduction and GSH biosynthesis.

The roots were sampled 4, 24 and 48 h after DADS treatment. Roots without DADS treatment (0 h) were used as controls. The expression levels were determined using qRT-PCR and are expressed as the means ± SE. * Represents a significant difference between DADS treatment and control by Student’s t-test (P < 0.05), n = 3.
