(A) Flow cytometric quantification of Annexin V-FITC and PI double labelled A549 cells after treatment with cisplatin, 4a and 4b for 24 h at the indicated concentrations. The excitation wavelength was 488 nm and the emission was monitored at 525 ± 20 nm for Annexin V-FITC and 615 ± 20 nm for PI. (B) Activation of caspase 3/7 in A549 cells by Ir(III) treatment.
