(c) Caspases activity test: The luminescence analysis showed significant expression of caspases 3/7, 8 and 9 in compound C1-treated MDA-MB-231 cells at a concentration of 2.5 μg/mL (IC50) in a time-dependent manner. The data represent the means ± standard deviations (SDs) of 3 independent tests. Statistical analysis is defined as significant if *P < 0.05.
