Effect of compound C1 on the cell cycle distribution of MDA-MD-231 cells.

(a) Untreated MDA-MD-231 cells (control). After treatment with IC50 concentration of complex C1 (2.5 μg/mL) for (b) 24, (c) 48 and (d) 72 hours, flow cytometry analysis was performed on treated and untreated MDA-MD-231 cells. (e) The quantitative analysis indicated cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase. The data represent the means ± standard deviations (SDs) of 3 independent tests. Statistical analysis is defined as significant if *P < 0.05.
