From: MiR-150 promotes cellular metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer by targeting FOXO4
Over-expression of miR-150 and knockdown of FOXO4 promoted NSCLC cell migration in vitro.

The cells penetrating the chamber membrane were shown. The results are expressed as the average number of cells in five random microscopic fields ± SD of three independent experiments. The wound closure was quantified by measuring the distance between the invading front of cells using Image J. Experiments were performed in triplicate, and data are expressed as the mean ± SD.
