The identified up-regulated proteins (in red) and down-regulated proteins (in blue) are all shown above the arrow in the flowchart. According to the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database, the exogenous metabolites lowered the survival capabilities of A. hydrophila in the final concentration 0.6 μg/mL OXY (i.e., malate, succinate, citrate, glutamate, asparagine, serine, oxaloacetate, α-ketoglutaric acid, and methionine) (in blue). The other 4 metabolites (i.e., arginine, lysine, tyrosine, and glutamine) (in red) significantly reversed its survival capabilities.
