LR12 suppressed accumulation of the inflammatory cells in the lung treated with LPS.

Mice received saline, LR12 (5 mg/kg) and LRS (5 mg/kg) intravenous injection, respectively. Two hours later, mice were treated with either saline or LPS (5 mg/kg, i.t.) for 6 h. Total cells (a), macrophages (b), neutrophils (c) in BALF and MPO activity (d) in lung tissues were determined (n = 4–7). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs Control group, #P < 0.05 and ##P < 0.01 vs LRS+LPS group.
