LR12 altered TNF-α and IL-10 expression in LPS-induced ALI mice.

Mice received saline, LR12 (5 mg/kg) and LRS (5 mg/kg) intravenous injection, respectively. Two hours later, mice were treated with either saline or LPS (5 mg/kg, i.t.) for 6 h. The expression of TNF-α (a) and IL-10 (b) mRNA in the lung was measured by Real-time PCR and the concentration of TNF-α (c) and IL-10 (d) in BALF were detected by ELISA. (n = 4–7). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs Control group, #P < 0.05 and ##P < 0.01 vs LRS+LPS group.
