Figure 6

(A) MiaPaCa-2 and (B) primary murine cell lines genetically modified for not expressing NUPR1 (KO) regarding WT were seeded in 96-well plate (10000 cells/well) and treated with 10 μM of each Compound for 6 days. Error bars are standard deviations from 3 independent measurements. (p-value: * ≤ 0.1; ** ≤ 0.05; *** ≤ 0.0001) (C) iCELLigence system allowed us to follow MiaPaCa-2 cells proliferation in real-time and to observe the early efficiency of Compound-15 regarding effects of currently used chemotherapies (p-value * ≤ 0.1; ** ≤ 0.05; *** ≤ 0.001). The lines were drawn to guide the eye (NT means no treated and Oxa stands for Oxaliplatin). The error bars are standard deviations from 3 independent measurements.
