Improved primary but impaired secondary CD8⁺ T cell response in CD4-Cre A20^fl/fl mice.

CD4-Cre A20^fl/fl and A20^fl/fl control mice were infected with a non-lethal dose of Lm OVA and CD8⁺ T cell response in spleen was analyzed at the indicated time points.
