(a) Spectral blue shift for each QD with respect to the lens radius: a comparable shift of ≈5 meV is observed. For lens radii of 15 μm, 20 μm, and 25 μm, two lenses were analysed. (b) Variation of the XX binding energy. The missing data points are due to a non-existent XX for some QDs. (c) PL-intensity ratio plotted over the lens radius. The numbers mark the refraction corrected displacement of the lens with respect to the QD (in nm). The theoretical predicted ratio of 1.84 is depicted as the blue dashed line.
