(A) Immunoblot analysis and densitometric quantification of TRIM22 expression in the lysates of human peripheral blood monocytes from three healthy donors in the presence or absence of LPS stimulation (100 ng/ml LPS for 16 h). **P < 0.01. (B) LPS-primed human peripheral blood monocytes were challenged with 0.5 μg/ml STS for 8 h before harvest. The cells were stained with Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate and propidium iodide for flow cytometry analysis.
