(A) The levels of TRIM22 protein in THP-1 cells were analyzed after transduction with recombinant adenoviral vectors for 72 h. *P < 0.05. (B) Mock-infected THP-1 cells and THP-1 cells infected with Ad.LacZ or Ad.TRIM22 were treated with 0.5 μg/ml STS or DMSO. Untreated cells were used as controls. After 4 h, cells were stained with Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate and propidium iodide for flow cytometry analysis.
