(A) Morphological changes of HESCs transfected with miR-542-3p mimic. HESCs transfected with negative control miRNA mimic (NC mimic) showed morphological changes characteristic of decidual cells upon treatment with 8-br-cAMP and MPA for 6 day. By contrast, morphological transformation was absent upon transfection of cells with miR-542-3p mimic. Scale bars = 100 μm.
