After PLN cells were treated with anti-CD3/CD28 mAbs for 24 h, the production of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 (b), IL-10 (c), and IFN-γ (d) in the supernatant was detected by the Cytometric Bead Array kit. Bars are from 5 mice per group and representative of three independent experiments. Error bars indicate SE. *p < 0.001, compared to the naïve group; #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.001, compared to the NC group.
