(a) The cellular activation by BMDCs in response to live gatkimchi LAB or LPS (100 ng/mL) was analyzed by flow cytometry. The release of TNF-α (b), IL-12p70 (c), and IL-10 (d) by BMDCs in response to WIKIM28 or LPS for 24 h was measured. Cytokines in the supernatant were detected by a Cytometric Bead Array kit. Error bars indicate SE. Data are representative of three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, #p < 0.001, compared to the negative control group (No LAB).
