Aliquots collected after different incubation times (0, 1, 2, 4, and 8 h) were added to cultured 143B cells for 24 h. Cell proliferation was tested and compared with the untreated control cells. Asterisks indicate differences from the untreated control cells with 95% (*) or 99% confidence (**).
