(A) hDPSCs were cultured in medium with the indicated concentration of PF573228 for 2 hours and then subjected to Western blot using the indicated antibodies. (B) After preincubation with PF573228 (10 μM) for 1 hour, the hDPSCs were used in Transwell assays with LY294002 in the upper chamber and SDF-1 in the lower chamber and allowed to migrate for 12 hours. (C) After preincubation with PF573228 (10 μM) for 1 hour, hDPSCs were subjected to Western blots and detected with the indicated antibodies.
