(A) After transfection with siCDC42 for 48 hours, cells were used in Transwell assays with the indicated medium (50 ng/ml SDF-1) in the lower chamber and allowed to migrate for 12 hours. (B) After transfection with siCDC42 for 48 hours, cells were cultured in the indicated medium (50 ng/ml SDF-1) for 2 hours and then subjected to Western blots.
