The tumor mass was dissected from each mouse 45 days after the implantation and weighed. Tan IIA (20 mg/kg) inhibited tumor growth measured in solid tumors (a), tumor weight (b) as well as tumor volume (c). Histopathologic analysis of the tumors (d) and major organs including heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys (e) in Tan IIA group compared to those in the control group by Hematoxylin and Eosin stain, original magnification ×200.
