Different combinations of NC, miR-488, expression vector of XPC and RPA14 were transfected in A549 cells, cell viability was tested with an MTS assay at 24 h (a) and 48 h (b) after treatment with 15 μM DDP. The results of three independent experiments are given as the mean ± SD (*P < 0.05).
