The results of TH, GFAP and Iba-1 levels were calculated relative to β-actin levels from the (b) SN, (c) VTA and (d) LC. Values for Saline and LPS groups were expressed ad fold increase of the mean ± SEM realative to the mean of the Saline group. ***p < 0.001.
