Five-week-old female BALB/c mice were inoculated i.n. with 30 μL of 104.0PFU/mL viruses. Weight changes (A and C) and survival (B and D) were monitored for as long as 14 dpi. In A and C, the 50% lethal doses in mice were determined in 10-fold serial-dilution groups (30 μL of 10 to 108.0PFU/mL). The MLD50 values are shown next to each virus.
