Human monocytes (ac) or DCs (df) were stimulated for 24 h with 10 ng/ml LPS, in the absence or presence of increasing amounts FP7. IL-8, MIP-1β, and IL-6 were assayed in supernatants of a representative experiment. *P < 0.05 compared to LPS-stimulated cells.
