mESCs were transfected with control (Coni) or Cdx2 (Cdx2i) siRNA. (a) Protein levels of Cyclin E and CDK2 in response to Cdx2 gene knockdown were detected by Western blot analysis. Protein (b) and mRNA (c) expression of OCT4, NANOG, SOX2, KLF4 following Cdx2 knockdown was examined by Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR respectively.
