(A) A paradigm of the experiment for miR-497-5p lentivirus treatment is shown. Lentiviral vector was delivered intratracheally at day 0. After 7 days, mice were treated with bleomycin or saline intratracheally. Mice were sacrificed at day 21 after lentiviral vector instillation. (B) The lung sections were stained using H&E (100x magnification) and Masson’s trichrome (100x magnification). (C) Expression of miR-497-5p, Reck, Acta2 and Col1a1 was determined by quantitative real-rime polymerase chain reaction. (D) Levels of Col1a1, Reck, Mmp2, Mmp9, Tgfb1 and Acta2 were measured by Western blot. Data represented three independent experiments.
