(B) Expression of six conidiation associated genes in the wildtype Guy11 and ∆Movrp1 mutant. The experiments were repeated three times with triple replications. Error bars represent standard deviation from the mean, and t test analysis is shown with *p < 0.01 versus the wildtype Guy11.
