  1. Peritoneal macrophages were isolated from C57BL/6 J mice. The cells were stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 24 h in the presence of CGA-JK3. Aliquots of the culture supernatants were loaded onto ELISA kits to determine protein levels of TNF-α, IL-1α or IFN-β.
