(B) The same colonies on DDO medium (double-dropout medium: SD/–Leu/–Trp). (C) The same colonies on QDO/X/A medium (quadruple-dropout medium: SD/–Ade/–His/–Leu/–Trp supplemented with X-α-Gal and aureobasidin A) without GA3. (D) The same colonies on QDO/X/A medium with 10−4 M GA3.
