(B) Untreated tumour-bearing mice had higher levels of serum IL-6 compared to control mice (P = 0.015). (C) Serum IL-17A did not differ between any experimental groups. (D) Serum TNF-α did not differ between any experimental groups. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Results were analyzed using one-way ANOVA.
