(A) Immature DCs were mocked infected, infected with ΔN146 (5 PFU/cell) or treated with LPS (500 ng/ml). At 12 hours post infection, cells were stained with CD11c and assayed for CD40, CD80 or CD86 positivity by flow cytometry. (B) Immature BMDCs were infected or treated as in (A) and assayed by flow cytometry. Cells were gated on CD11c positive population and assayed for CD40, CD80 or CD86 fluorescence intensity.
