Immature DCs were mock infected, infected with ΔN146 (5 PFU/cell) or stimulated with LPS (500 ng/ml) in the presence of DMSO or BX795 for 12 h. Cell supernatants were assayed for IFN-β, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α by ELISA. The results are from triplicate samples with standard deviations.
