(b) qPCR (upper) and western blot analysis (lower) showing that the transcription factor CTCF is downregulated (about 20% in iAsT) during iAs-induced transformation. (c) Chromatin immunoprecipitation shows that CTCF binds significantly less at the three DNMT promoter regions during iAs-mediated EMT. All qPCR were performed in triplicate and gene expression was normalized to GAPDH expression, while ChIP occupancy studies were normalized to the 1% of Input. Error bars are S.E.M.
