Protein expression in HMC-1 cells was analyzed by immunoblotting. (A) p300 and Acetyl-CBP/p300 expression after 24 h incubation with 10 μM cPAF with or without 10 μM curcumin, and the corresponding protein quantification using NIH ImageJ software, p84 is the loading control. (B) Protein expression in wild-type (lanes 1 and 2) or mutant (HAT deletion, lanes 3 and 4) OCI-Ly7 cells exposed to cPAF; acetyl p53 is the control target to asses acetylation.
