(B) Western blot analysis of the recombinant and wild-type phages with infected mouse serum containing antibodies to a 70-kDa protein band or with the serum from a control mouse. Lane 1, recombinant phage was probed with infected mouse serum; Lane 2, wild-type phage was probed with infected mouse serum. Lane 3, recombinant phage was probed with normal serum. Lane 4, wild-type phage was probed with normal serum.
