Three different PDAC cell lines that overexpressed pre-miR-155 showed GEM resistance compared with cells transfected with a negative control oligonucleotide (NC). (B and C) Alterations in apoptosis in cell lines with pre-miR-155 or NC transfection after treatment with GEM for 72 hours. Caspase-3/7 activity is represented as the level of luminescence (B), and the ratio of apoptotic cells was determined using the Annexin V assay (C).
