  1. Prevalence of the core protein variants at selected sites from NCBI database and from UDPS results is listed here. 3953 sequences from NCBI were analyzed. UDPS was performed on HBV samples from 50 chronically HBV infected treatment-naïve Chinese patients. Intra-host frequency in UDPS denotes the abundance of the mutations within the sample viral population. The detection limit for UDPS is 0.05%.
