Graph shows the changes in (a) depth and (b) diameter of the laser irradiated spots as a function of laser power. Dotted line indicates the fitted plot of depth and diameter with variable laser power. Both depth and diameter shows linear dependence with laser power whereas this linearity breaks at 1.59 mW laser power, which is the breaking point.
