Lymph nodes from Immunized 8 week old mice treated with 10 mg/kg AM630 or Vehicle from days 0–4 post-immunization were harvested at day 5 and analyzed by qPCR. Bar graphs derived from relative gene expression levels normalized to GAPDH and expressed as mean fold change over day 0 values ± SEM (n = 4), P < 0.05, compared with vehicle, Statistical differences were determined by nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test.
