(c) ABHD5 loss-of-function mutations do not affect ATGL translocation to LDs in BA cells. LDs were isolated from the indicated differentiated BA cell lines that were treated with 100 nM isoproterenol (or untreated control cells) for 30 mins. Densitometric analysis (mean ± SEM) in right panel is based on three independent experiments.
