For both T1-weighted (T1-w) and T2-weighted (T2-w) imaging, MJB SENSE resulted in higher SNR than SSB SENSE. The improvement became increasingly apparent at higher acceleration factors. In particular, SSB SENSE failed to reconstruct meaningful images at acceleration factor of 6 whereas MJB SENSE still led to reasonably reconstructed images.
