The level of motions was similar at different acceleration factors. The estimated rotations were approximately within ±6 degrees with standard deviation of ~3 degrees. The estimated translations (in left-right direction) were approximately within ±4 mm with standard deviation of ~1.5 mm. Despite the high acceleration factors and short echo train length of 12 for the T1-w data, MJB SENSE procedure shown in Fig. 1b could successfully correct the motion artifact.
