(A) Huh7 cells were mock-treated or treated with 50, 80 or 100 μM of RESV after DENV infection at an MOI of 1 for 24 h. The cell supernatants were collected and analyzed for virus titers using plaque assay. Statistically significant differences between the groups are indicated: **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001. (B) Huh7 cells were mock-treated or treated with 80 μM of RESV after DENV infection at an MOI of 1. The cells were then harvested at 24 h post infection (p.i.) and analyzed by Western blot for DENV NS3 detection. Band intensities for the ratio of DENV NS3 and β-actin were determined by Image J analysis.
