Huh7 cells were treated with 80 μM of RESV after DENV infection at an MOI of 1. The IFN-β (A), MxA (B) and ISG56 (C) mRNA levels were measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR and normalized to β-actin mRNA. Results are expressed as fold induction compared to control uninfected cells. Statistically significant differences between the groups are indicated: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001.
