Cells were harvested at 24 h p.i. and MxA (A) and ISG56 (B) mRNA were quantified using quantitative real-time RT-PCR, normalized to β-actin mRNA level. (C,D) Huh7 WT and shSirt1 cells were mock-infected or infected with DENV at an MOI of 1. Cells were harvested at 24 h p.i. and MxA (C) and ISG56 (D) mRNA were detected using RT-PCR.
