PVN levels of Fra-LI immunoreactivity in High-salt diet (HS) rats were higher than in normal-salt (NS) rats (P < 0.05, n = 7). Chronic PVN infusions of PD98059 significantly reduced Fra-LI level in the PVN of HS rats compared with the NS rats (P < 0.05, n = 7).
