2D intensity patterns of σ polarized synchrotron beam scattered into polarizations π, σ, +45° and −45°, respectively, when the second foil is a 6μm thick ferromagnetic 57Fe foil magnetized by permanent magnets in the direction of polar angles ϑ = 135°, φ = 90°. The two (direct and reciprocal) σ → π patterns are the same, indicating magnitude reciprocity (see also Section S2 of the Supplementary Information), while difference in the three other cases reports about reciprocity violation in the phase.
