Size-exclusion chromatography with multi-angle light scattering (SEC-MALS) data from (a) stringent starvation protein B (SspB)-Mfn1, (b) SspB-MDV1, (c) SspB-TRIM25, and (d) SspB-BECN1 fusion proteins. SEC-MALS analysis was not possible for (e) SspB-LMNA and (f) SspB-TRIM5 because of their significant precipitation. (g) Schematic model of the SspB-BECN1 tetramer.
