Differentially abundant features of B. bacteriovorus (109J) and M. aeruginosavorus-treated (MICA) samples compared to PBS. Each point represents an OTU belonging to the respective genus. Corresponding phyla are listed below genera. Features were considered significant if their FDR-corrected p-value was less than or equal to 0.05, and the absolute value of the log2 fold change was greater or equal to 1. Note that unclassified/unnamed OTUs at the genus level were omitted.
